About Me

For many years, I have been helping people with their mental and physical well-being to get the best out of their lives and lead a more fulfilling lifestyle.

I have an MSc in Teaching Adults including the psychology of learning from Glasgow University, a Postgraduate Diploma in CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) from the Glasgow Cognitive Therapy Centre, and I currently teach the COSCA Counselling Skills Course there. I also have 20 years of experience in therapeutic support and several years both teaching and practicing Mindfulness. In addition, I teach courses which can help anyone to understand the human mind from the perspective of Psychology, Neuroscience and Compassionate Mind Theory. I ultimately help people to get the best from themselves.

Formerly as a Countryside Ranger, I observed that people increased in confidence whilst they gained new skills and understanding as they spent time engaging in the countryside. Now as a Psychotherapist and Counsellor I can help people to understand how their mood can be improved and influenced.
